Kerri and I made our first happy hour stop at none other than 3-Monkeys at Holland Village! It's a franchised Macau restaurant and bar with the original outlet at Orchard Road. We liked it for it's jungle theme and loved it for it's 11am-7pm 1-1 for drafts deal! Most bars at Holland start their happy hour in the afternoon but not 3-Monkeys! Breakfast beer anyone?
